Podháczky Szilárd vagyok, szeretném röviden bemutatni cégemet.
Fémipari vállalkozásomat 2000-ben indítottam, ami az elmúlt időszakban évről-évre fokozatosan fejlődött. A 3 garázsból kialakított műhelyben elsősorban díszműkovács munkák készítésével foglalkoztam. Az akkoriban szokatlanul kiemelkedő minőség egyre több megrendelést hozott, ami a géppark és a dolgozói létszám bővítését is igényelte. Három év múlva már 4 fővel üzemelt a vállalkozás. 2006-ban a megnövekedett megrendelések miatt szükségessé vált egy nagyobb telephely létrehozása, csarnok építése, géppark bővítése, aminek nagy része egyedi tervezésű és fejlesztésű berendezésekből áll. Ezek a gépek lehetővé tették exkluziv termékek gyártását a kézimunkák alkalmazása mellett.
Magánszemélyek megkeresései mellett egyre gyakrabban kaptunk állami és önkormányzati megrendeléseket. Önálló vállalkozóként illetve alvállalkozóként, multinacionális cégek megrendeléseit is teljesíthettük.
2011.-ben fordulóponthoz ért a vállalkozásom és részben az ugrásszerűen megnövekedett megrendelések, valamint a megváltozott gazdasági környezett miatt kft.-vé alakultunk, tovább növelve a dolgozói létszámot is. Remélve hogy a továbbra is magas színvonalú munkavégzéssel stabil és versenyképes vállalkozás tudunk maradni.

I am Szilard Podhaczky, I would like to present my firm shortly.
I have started my metal industry firm in 2000, which in the past 11 years grew gradually due to the very high standards what we use in every job what we do. At the beginning, we converted 3 garages into a workshop where we started our wrought iron business. Due to the extremely high quality and reasonable pricing structure the business needed to expand both employee count wise and the machine park. Within 3 years there were 4 employees in the workshop, which started out as a one-person operation. Due to the significant increase in our business by 2006, we needed to move into an even larger shop, further increasing employee count, and expanding the machine park as well. Some of these machines were designed and built by myself for specific tasks that cannot be acquired from vendors. These machines made it possible to make wrought iron products that are very unique and exclusive. Beside the countless orders from individuals, we have got many orders from local and state governments, as well as multinational corporations.
In 2011 my business reached a turning point, further employees has been hired due to the increase in orders, and the company became an LLC. We are confident that even with the increased number in our employee count we can keep that small business environment were quality to the highest standards is the driving force.
